Earlier build
Functional, but still developing
The early version established service messaging and an estimate form, but the brand, hierarchy, and customer journey still needed refinement.
Built inside a real local service business
Stratus applied website strategy, local search, paid traffic, content, measurement, CRM structure, and follow-up systems inside Gulf Coast Conservation—an operating excavation and site-development company serving Texas.
Website evolution
Each improvement was aimed at helping the right prospect quickly understand the work, see evidence, and take the next step.
Visibility and measurement
Search Console and GA4 were used to monitor how the business appeared in search, which channels brought visitors, and whether those visitors completed tracked actions.
The site appeared across a growing set of service and location searches. Search Console provides the evidence needed to decide which pages and queries deserve the next round of improvement.
The report separates direct, paid, organic, referral, and social traffic while showing tracked key events. That makes it easier to diagnose the system instead of guessing from raw traffic alone.
Paid search infrastructure
The captured Ads view reports 172 clicks, 2.59K impressions, six platform-recorded conversions, and a $258 cost per recorded conversion. “Conversion” here means the action recorded by Google Ads; it should not automatically be treated as a qualified lead, booked estimate, or sale.
Organic audience growth
The content system used real project footage, equipment, practical education, and consistent publishing rather than generic stock content.
The connected system
Weak conversion paths, unreliable tracking, missed-call recovery, slow lead response, scattered CRM stages, and follow-up gaps that cost estimate opportunities.
The business has a clearer foundation for ongoing SEO, advertising, content, database reactivation, and deeper automation—without paying to pour traffic into obvious leaks.
Screenshots are historical platform views captured on different dates. They document implemented work and the activity reported by those platforms. They are not a guarantee that another business will receive identical traffic, rankings, leads, or sales.
Start with the leaks
We’ll inspect the path from discovery to follow-up and identify the highest-priority repair before recommending more traffic or a long-term marketing engagement.
