One service • One territory • One connected system

The Local Job Pipeline System

A 90-day implementation and operating engagement that connects website conversion, tracking, CRM, follow-up, local visibility, and one primary growth campaign.

What you are buying

A working acquisition system—not a pile of marketing tasks.

The exact repair plan follows the diagnostic, but every engagement stays inside the written boundaries below.

01

Offer and conversion path

Clarify one profitable service, one territory, one customer offer, and one focused landing page or bounded site tune-up.

02

Calls, forms, and tracking

Review capture points, source tracking, notifications, routing, consent language, and agreed phone actions.

03

CRM and immediate response

Configure stages, ownership, alerts, form acknowledgment, and supported missed-call recovery.

04

Follow-up and estimate recovery

Build a basic follow-up sequence with clear stop conditions, tasks, and outcome stages.

05

Local visibility

Correct priority Google Business Profile and local-search issues supported by verified business information.

06

One growth campaign

Launch and manage one primary paid-search campaign when the offer, intake, tracking, and budget are ready.

07

Measurement and improvement

Review qualified opportunities, estimates, jobs, losses, and collected revenue when the client records those outcomes.

The operating plan

Three phases. Clear exit gates.

Missing access, decisions, or approvals pause the schedule. Stratus does not pretend client-controlled delays are completed work.

Days 1–21

Repair and install

Audit, approve the plan, build the conversion and tracking foundation, integrate CRM and automations, test, document, and hand off the completed foundation.

Days 22–60

Operate and learn

Activate one campaign, monitor intake and source quality, review response behavior, and correct early leaks using real data.

Days 61–90

Improve and decide

Optimize the offer, page, campaign, and follow-up. Decide whether the economics support continuation, expansion, another repair, or stopping.

Pricing and boundaries

Simple price. Specific scope.

Initial 90-day engagement

$2,500/month

$7,500 across three monthly payments, or $6,750 paid in full before kickoff.

The client pays advertising spend and approved third-party subscriptions directly.

Good fit when:

One service has healthy job economics.
The team can handle more estimates.
A decision-maker will approve work quickly.
The client will answer leads and record outcomes.

Questions before you book

Clear answers before any commitment.

No. Stratus commits to the agreed implementation, management, testing, and reporting. Demand, competition, budget, reputation, pricing, capacity, and sales execution also affect commercial outcomes.
No. The client funds advertising directly in the client-owned ad account. Approved software or phone costs are also separate.
No. The system includes one focused landing page or a bounded conversion tune-up. A complete rebuild requires a separate written scope.
We review the economics and evidence. The client can continue month to month at the same scope, approve an expanded scope and price, or stop.
No. Stratus can configure a capable client-owned CRM or use a separately approved dedicated HighLevel sub-account when that is the better fit.
